Welcome to iSchool Online Booking System!

 

This system lets you easily schedule appointments and reserve spaces for three different services:

  • 1:1 Writing Tutor Support [Zoom]

  • Library Technology Integration (LTI) Lab [Clark Hall 322]

  • Conference Room [Clark Hall 426]


Please create a WCOnline profile to get started. When booking, be sure to select the correct calendar for the service you need; whether it’s writing tutoring, LTI Lab reservations, or conference room bookings. This will help ensure your appointment or reservation is scheduled properly.

New Users

  1. Register for an account by clicking the link on the left.

  2. Use your SJSU email address (firstname.lastname@sjsu.edu) to register.

  3. After registering, check your SJSU email (including Spam/Junk folders) for the activation email.

  4. Click the activation link in that email to activate your account and start using the service.

 

iSchool Writing Tutor [Zoom]

For Students NOT in the School of Information (iSchool): Please visit the SJSU Writing Center to schedule your tutoring session.

Tutors Summer Hours
(Pacific timezone - times are subject to change.)

  • Tuesdays:  5:00 - 7:00 PM
  • Sundays: 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Canceling an Appointment
To cancel a tutoring session, please do so in advance online through this appointment reservation system. 


SJSU iSchool Writing Center Appointment and Policy Information

  • Open to School of Information students only (grad programs or BS ISDA undergrads).
  • Appointments are scheduled via WCOnline on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Sessions are held on Zoom, in Pacific Time.
  • You may book up to two 45-minute appointments per week, with a maximum of one per day.
  • Tutors will wait 10 minutes; after that, the session is marked a “no-show” and the tutor will leave.
  • Missing two appointments without cancellation will disable your account for the semester.

Library Technology Integration (LTI) Lab [ Clark Hall CL322]

The LTI Lab is a hands-on creative space for iSchool students, faculty, and collaborators to explore emerging technologies, test digital tools, and develop innovative solutions in a supportive, experimental environment. Whether you're working on a class project, preparing a tech demo, or just curious about the latest in VR, AR, robotics, or spatial computing we’ve got the tools, space, and support to help you build what’s next.

Who Can Reserve the LTI Lab?

  • Current SJSU students 
  • Faculty and staff
  • Approved project collaborators


Reservation Guidelines

  • Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
  • Limit: 2-hour blocks, extendable upon request
  • Group or solo reservations welcome

  • Robotics

Reserving a Room

To reserve the iSchool Conference Room choose the Conference Room calendar and block out your dates/time.


Gaining Access to Room

On the day of your reservation:

  • Please check in the School of Information, located in the Clark Hall, Room 417 (4th Floor).
  • A staff member will unlock the room for you at your scheduled time.
